Refund Policy

At IPTV Smarters Pro, we stand behind the quality of our service. While we work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied, we understand that things don’t always go as expected. If you’re not happy with your purchase or encounter an issue that we cannot resolve, we are happy to offer a refund under the conditions below.

How to Request a Refund
Please email us with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number. Explain the issue you’re facing and the reason for your request. In some cases, you may be asked to provide evidence, and we will also provide proof of the service we’ve delivered. This exchange helps ensure a fair and transparent resolution.

Refund Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds for technical issues unless you have allowed us the chance to resolve them.

  • If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.

  • Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the original purchase.

  • Refunds requested after 48 hours may be partially granted based on service usage.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds typically take 20 to 31 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 90 days depending on your bank. Please note, IPTV Smarters Pro is not responsible for banking delays.

We only offer full refunds for purchases made within 48 hours. For any request made after that period, refunds will be partial depending on how much of the subscription was used. Our support team will handle all refund-related communication.

Refunds are handled by our payment processor and usually take 20 to 90 business days. We are not able to accelerate this process.

We Do Not Offer Refunds In the Following Cases:

  • The user is unable to set up their own device or system: While we offer guidance for installation and setup, we cannot be responsible for external technical limitations. Our support is limited to general instructions.

  • Some channels freeze, buffer, or rarely go offline: While most of our streams are stable, occasional disruptions may happen. These are typically temporary and caused by:

    • Fluctuations in your internet connection

    • Issues with your device, app, or setup

    • ISP-related problems

    • Channel being down at the source

    • The customer changes their mind or requests to switch servers

What We Do Guarantee
If you’re unable to access your IPTV service for more than 48 hours due to a server-side problem, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund

  • Extend your subscription for the lost time and add a bonus period (negotiated case-by-case)

Important: We do not offer refunds for missing adult channels, as they are not advertised on our website.
